Custom made fully bespoke Polypropylene
A prevalent choice of device, designed using our CAD systems, manufactured to the specification of a prescription form and based on a cast, impression or scan file supplied by the prescriber.
Utilising our established design parameters the fully bespoke polypropylene devices are highly adaptive and can be manufactured to accommodate most foot types. Shell modifications including a Kirby skive, plantar fascia groove and extrinsic forefoot wedging are some of the options that can be integrated into the design.
Discovery Orthotics understand every foot is unique and for this reason we prefer a clearly marked cast or accurately drawn template to ensure the precise positioning of any additions or adaptations.
